1. Introduction

• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, automated bots, and third-party acting agents are not permitted to hold a player account.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by law.
• You must have the full legal capacity and authority to enter into this agreement and are not subject to any self-exclusion programme or voluntary ban that would prohibit your participation.

3. Account Registration & Verification

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account with bv88. Creating duplicate accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any associated funds. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid contact method.

• bv88 applies a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit a valid government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method at any point during your account lifecycle.
• Withdrawals may be suspended pending successful completion of KYC verification. bv88 reserves the right to request updated documents at any time, including when there is a significant change in your account activity.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. Any activity conducted via your account is your sole responsibility, whether or not you personally authorised it.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify bv88 support immediately at [email protected]. bv88 cannot be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised use where you failed to report a suspected breach promptly.

bv88 reserves the right to close any account that is found to be in breach of the registration rules set out above, including accounts created on behalf of another person or using falsified identity documents.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

bv88 supports deposits and withdrawals via popular Bangladeshi payment methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500, unless otherwise specified in an active promotion. Processing times for withdrawals are typically within 24–72 hours after KYC verification has been completed, subject to internal review.

• All funds deposited into your bv88 account must originate from a payment source registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will result in account suspension pending investigation.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the bv88 platform are subject to the specific rules of the game or sporting event in question, as well as these overarching Terms. Cricket betting markets on the bv88 platform are governed by international cricket rules administered by the ICC, and local BPL season rules where applicable. The following principles apply to all betting and gaming activity:

• Bets placed after the official event start time, due to a technical error or data feed delay, may be voided at bv88's discretion. All voided bets will have the stake returned to the player's account.
• Participation in any form of collusion, match-fixing, bonus abuse, or use of automated software (bots, scrapers) to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
• The minimum and maximum bet limits for each game or market are displayed within the game interface itself. These limits may change from time to time and are final.

10. Amendments to These Terms

bv88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Your continued use of the bv88 platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform immediately and contact support to close your account.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which bv88 operates.
